DHPARAM not generated

Hello! First of all HUGE thanks work your work!

I was trying to build the next js docker-compose production kit by myself, but it turned out to be a big deal to make it right.

I really like the way you did it and I try to build my project upon it.

I have small issue with dh parameter generation (maybe because of lack of knowledge). When I run get-wildcard-cert.sh script and successfully generate all the files I have missing one -- the "dhparam-2048.pem". Or it should not be generated by certbot?
