As a storywriter, I want the Notes Timeline to continue scrolling when the mouse is to the left or right of the Notes Timeline so I do not have to keep moving my mouse. Also, I want the scroll speed to scale with how far the mouse is to the left/right of the timeline and how zoomed it is in order to have better precision with note time placement.
