Feature Request: Add "auto-refresh" option whenever the Lovelace configuration changes #78

It would be really nice if this add-on could detect the following message that pops up on the screen:

The Lovelace UI configuration for this dashboard was updated. Refresh to see changes? [REFRESH]

I would like it to automatically click this "Refresh" button and reload the page when there are some changes, so I don't have to do it manually.
