Open Inwoner added OIDC configuration via Django Setupconfiguration in their code.

In my opinion it can be a nice contrib snippet in the OIDC library itself, that can then be hooked up in the various components for Django Setupconfiguration.

Refinement: It needs to be decided where this lands. Open API framework, OIDC or Django Setupconfig itself? OAf seems best since it glues various libraries.
