IDEA: Show PANEL NAMES as 90° rotated text labels

[I have searched for similar posts, but couldn't locate any. I hope this isn't a duplicate idea/request!]

Is it possible to have the PANEL NAMES (the actual PANEL tab itself) rotated 90° and show their respective names.

It should be full names, not truncated, no matter how long the text. Well, within reasonable limits, of course. But basically, it should be up to the user to use readable text labels. The Extension shouldn't be a limiting factor.

I usually have a lot of PANELS open. Being able to instantly read the PANEL NAMES without having to hover over them with the mouse, would make identifying and locating specific PANELS / Tabs a lot easier.
