Expand/Collapse all function

Hi there! Have two questions to do with expanding/collapsing branches.

First of all, I noticed that the "collapse all" element in the Navigation bar does not in fact seem to collapse all, because it doesn't collapse the tree that the currently active tab is in. Is this the intended behaviour, or should it be collapsing it as well? I would really prefer the latter if possible.

Second, does a function to expand all branches in a panel exist yet? If it does, I could use some help finding it! If not, would it be possible to make the current "collapse all" element in the Navigation bar a toggle? i.e. if everything is already collapsed, it expands everything instead.
