Tab title wrong sometimes? Anyone else have this problem?

Tab title wrong...

Quite often, a tab title is wrong. I'll be scanning the tabs and click on one, thinking, by it's title, that it's WEBSITE A, when in reality, after the page loads, it's really WEBSITE B.

Due to this behavior, it's impossible to quickly scan tab titles and close tabs (by clicking the "X") because I don't know, for sure, by reading the tab's title, that I am actually closing the tab I want to close.

The "solution" I'm using is to first click the tab, let the tab load, (to make sure it's the tab I think it is). and THEN click the X, which really slows things down.
