Modals not working now #406

I've been using modals and all was working. Building, using Cordova, for iOS and all fine. Then I built for Andriod and the modal was not working getting a Warning about it not being initialized. I've injected SharedState.initialized the modal which got rid of the warning but the modal still doesn't open. Then the kicker is I went to test back on iOS and now getting the same thing on it. Now I'm completely confused what is going on. I reverted my code back to when everything was working but still getting the same issue on both platforms. Yesterday this code was working and now the same code today is not. Pulling my hair out...

The only way I can get modals to work again is to remove ui-content-for. This doesn't match the documentation so now I've even more confused.
