confused between mobile-angular-ui and ionic framework..

I'm building a simple application located, that shows list of data objects and i can perform bunch of action and i.e CRUD operations on them, filter, signin, email notification etc.
I've been using meanjs to develop the app, but UI on mobile isn't cutting it, so i've to look for this mobile-angular-ui or ionic.. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
