Algorithms

  • kMeansCluster.py
    • run k-means algorithm on TSV data file

Graphics

  • imageConversion.py
    • takes in many images as input, converting them based on CSV data
  • imageOverlay.py
    • creates an image overlay based on database variables

    • generate a network diagram (tree)

System

  • csvToDatabase.py
    • convert from several CSV to STScI database input files
  • csvToEuler.py
    • converts a csv file with set info to an Euler permutation list
  • csvToJquery.py
    • convert from CSV to Jquery autocomplete search format

Compiling & Running Code

Download Python v3 and run the scripts using the Python command.

These examples are not stand-alone, since no data is provided to run the actual script. Feel free to adjust them as needed for your data.
