More Start Timer options based on context

I feel like we don't have enough options for starting timers, basically we type a timer or reuse one. There could have some more options for starting a timer based on a user's current context, for example:

• Allow to start a timer with the title based on a current text selections
• Allow to start a timer with the title based on the current note title
