Link Toggl Task to Note Property

Hi there!

Not sure if this is possible, but if a task could be linked to a note via a note property that would be cool! The property could just be "time tracked" perhaps, and show the time spent on the task linked to the note, and be dynamically updated when time is tracked?

This could be added to specific notes by a code block command? Unsure if this is within the scope of this plugin or would be a separate thing in of itself, though.
