Add a template for viewing a single mech part

Add a new template for viewing individual mech parts, probably in a modal dialog. These should be viewable by clicking on a field or button in the Mechdb viewer.

Single-part views should show all part stats, artwork of the part (if available) and any other relevant flavor text.

A new concept for this discussed today: when a component is selected, it should pop up in a sidebar with all the details. Other components in the currently viewed list should display how they compare to the selected component (as in #66 )

A slightly refined concept: When you "pin" a component for comparison, it pops up to the top of the mechdb-viewer scrollbox and sticks (like a frozen row in excel). Then all other components have relevant stats highlighted red or green to show how they compare
