Feat(Improve Meilisearch plugin): Add possibility to rename indexes

Feature request

It would be nice to add property indexName in each meilisearch plugin index configuration that will be used as index in meilisearch database so indexes will not be limited to products, categories... which can cause conflict when using more than a backend with meilisearch.

This feature will make one meilisearch execution reusable with more than one medusa backend.

Any recommendations?
