Update predict_writer for iohub> 0.2.0

Update viscy's predict pad to be conformant to new iohub versions where _pad_shape is imported from iohub.ngff.nodes
rather than the previous implementation.

This is a private method, so I think it's better to fix it on the viscy side rather than on iohub
