Scrolling Texts in English Language

Issue description

I know some of the GUIs were enlarged with the purpose of making the texts in English language not scroll by default, but there are some missed ones. Here is a list of them:

• Thermal Evaporation Plant "Production: x mB/t" (while at 4 digits of production)
• "Dumping Excess" texts in electrolytic separator and turbine
• Fission Reactor "Heating Rate: x mB/t" text
• Induction matrix "Energy: x FE"; "Input: x FE/t" and "Output: x FE/t" texts on both GUIs (main and statistics).
• Fusion Reactor "Steam Production: x mB/t" text (while using d-t fuel)
• Dictionary "Tag Type:" text
• Robit Repair GUI "Inventory" text
• Security Desk "Owner: playerName" text (I think there isn't much to do about this one)
• Oredictionificator new filter creating GUI, after adding a tag, some items with long names scroll (like "deepslate iron ore (minecraft)")
• Modification station long unit name texts (e.g gyroscopic stabilization unit)

In case I find more, I'll add them here.

Steps to reproduce

1. Check the listed texts to see that they scroll.
