Automate setting of artifact names based on labels

Support the pattern when an artifact name (id) is the camel cased form of the artifact display label. For example, "First Name" <> "firstName" (where "First Name" is the label and "firstName" is the artifact name.

Users should be able to enter a label first and then the artifact name is generated from this, if one isn't already present.
