Solana NFT visual studio code help

Hello all, I'm new in the world of Solana NFT creator's and I've got a question.

How can I give royalties to the holders of my NFT collection ?

I want to create a collection Hold to earn and my idea is based on paid my holder with a % of sell fees.

For exemple an Holder would have a legendary NFT take 3,5 % of sell fees on all transaction on my NFT collection.
A common NFT holder just take 0,5 etc...

I search but I don't find any tips for add code for that when I managed my setting on visual studio code.
