Monthly Update 2014 October
Office 365 Developer Patterns and Practices project was announced on end of July 2014 and there has been tremendous interest for the project since, which has been great. We have received lot of valuable contributions from community and input on the overall planning. This wiki page is collecting the highlights from past month.

- PnP Core: Lots of refactoring done to improve code quality and completeness
- PnP Core: Default value handling has been added
- PnP Core: Term set import using OOB term set export file format is now available
- PnP Core: Support for working with publishing pages is foreseen
- PnP Core: Additional unit tests, we're now at 104 unit tests
- PnP Core: Support to create ClientContext using username + password against a SAML secured IDP

- PnP Core: Supporting classes to make using WebAPI 2 services very easy
- New sample Core.JavaScriptInjection.WeekNumbers showing JavaScript injection to add week numbers to a calendar

- New sample Workflow.AssociateToHostWeb shows how one can associate an app workflow to a host web list
- New sample OD4B.NavLinksInjection shows a second level navigation that's injected using JavaScript
- New sample AzureAD.GroupMembership explains how to verify group membership in Azure AD
- Extended sample Branding.ClientSideRendering to include a dependent fields demo
- New scenario Core.Services.Authenticate that shows how the new WebAPI features from PnP core can be used
- Extended solution PowerShell.Commands with v15 support
- Miscellaneous: folder Binaries has been added to facilitate easy use some binaries without building them
- Miscellaneous: folder Reference Material contains a reference FTC solution that's being used to develop and test the FTC-to-App conversion
