Sync notes into one section in the md file and keep other sections intact

Is it possible to sync my annotation from Zotero into one section in the markdown and keep other sections unchanged ? For example, my template would have 2 sections: # Annotations (including annotation synced from Zotero and # Takeaways (includes my own summary for the document).

# Takaways
(edited in Obsidian)

# Annotations
(synced from Zotero)

Currently, whenever I synced annotations, any content added using Obsidian will be lost.
