[Workaround] LBM not needed with Duet App for iPad as second monitor.

Just recording this here for any future user with the same problem: LBM at first does not seem to work correctly with the Duet App to use an iPad as a second display. Try as I may, the mouse was not positioned correctly when crossing from the "real" monitor to the Duet-enabled iPad, unlike how it nicely does with other "real" monitors.

Solution: just disable LBM. Indeed it seems Duet is already handling the DPI change for smooth scrolling, so LBM and it end up doing double job or somehow conflicting.

Not a bug report, just a flag for future users :)
