Margin Issues

The radio buttons should be centered.

Maybe add 3px to the margin - top of the yes and no buttons

The div with the file chooser should be centered vertically (IK, crazy with CSS) with the left text box

Imo, there isn't enough white space between the logo and the bottom of the nav bar. But that might just be my own preference

Try wrapping all the orange titles in one class. and having consistent margins between that and the bottom text
