Docker error while building with CMake

Description

I'm trying to build the Docker image following the instructions here.

I solved issues with PUBKEY using the following suggestions:

RUN rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cuda.list
RUN rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/nvidia-ml.list
