AADEntitlementManagementRoleAssignment failing when assignment is to service principal

Description of the issue

AADEntitlementManagementRoleAssignment will fail if an assignment is made to a service principal instead of a user. Should consider using Get-MgDirectoryObjectById rather than Get-MgUser across all modules unless there is a strict requirement for a user object.
