Hi,
Great job you're doing here! Did you considered adding some simple on/off option? In large codebase warnings count can be really overwhelming and i don't really need them visible all the time. So simple flag like on/off would be great in main menu (with some shortcut).
I could try to do PR for that, although i never build VS Extension in my life :)
