How to warp an image using win2d?

Hi, not sure if it the right place to ask, forgive me if I wrong. I'm doing simple warping image with controls like photoshop:

How can I warp the image? Should I use any current building effect or I have to copy the image pixels, modify it follow warp parameter & draw these new pixels? Any guidance will help alot, thamks
