`pnpm` catalogs is not supported #1001

Hey we are using pnpm catalogs in our project and they aren't replaced on publishing. This feature seems to be supported only by pnpm.

It would be great to have an option to select the package manager for running commands or to detect it based on the lock files.

For those facing same issue we are using a prepublish hook and replacing the catalogs with a custom script.
