Rename of Windows Server Core Tags: 2009 => 20H2

The tags used for Windows Server Core, version 20H2 have been updated to reflect the new naming convention for version names in the official Windows branding. The previous tags used the windowsservercore-2009 suffix but have now been updated to use the windowsservercore-20H2 suffix. For backwards compatibility, updates will continue to be published to the old 2009 floating tags for the supported lifetime of that version.
