How can I create a SQL Server database for R4

I am using SQL Server Express 2017 to create the R4 database, however I am getting below error. Is there a way to create SQL Database on Express 2017?

I am running project: Microsoft.Health.Fhir.R4.Web and following the steps mentioned in the below blog - https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/setting-up-microsoft-fhir-server-your-laptop-today-elkhan-yusubov/

ERROR:

Online index operations can only be performed in Enterprise edition of SQL Server.

Hi @meetmealikhan! I'd recommend using SQL Server 2019 Developer for running FHIR Server inside of Visual Studio. You can download it for free here.

@mikaelweave Thanks, this fixed my issue. However, meanwhile I was working with Cosmos DB and am facing authorization issue with smart launcher, can you help me on that.

While launching the FHIR client from the SmartLauncher app it searches for token using /.wellknown/smart-configuration and fails with below error. A similar issue has already been raised: #2138

Failed to fetch the well-known json https://localhost:44348/.well-known/smart-configuration

How can I create a route with /.wellknown/smart-configuration in OAuth2.

This was something which we needed soon, as we are developing our own fhir-server to make it work with Redcap. Meanwhile, can I get some help on how can we create a route to /.wellknown/smart-configuration as I am unable to find any blog on this.
