Authentication for the FHIR server on AKS

Hi.
I deployed the FHIR server on AKS, and I wanted to secure the API with authentication. I read this document for setting up authentication. However, I didn't know where should I add this line:

builder.AddDevelopmentAuthEnvironmentIfConfigured(configurationRoot);

Besides, can I use kubectl port-forward to issue a new token after the idenetity provider is ready?

I later accomplished the authentication by adding a NGINX ingress controller in front of the service of the FHIR server.
