Build ONNX runtime for Linux/C ARM32

Hello,

I am following the instructions for building ONNX Runtime for Linux/C ARM32 but somehow I don't know what to do to complete the build process.
I can build the docker image as decribed here

But what do I need to do after building and running the docker image?
Where can I find the build output?
