Integration with Azure Bot Framework

Would be great if the bot could be integrated with the Azure Bot Framework to allow connection through various channels like Teams etc. I think the bot just needs a messaging endpoint API capability added on the back end. Has anyone managed to do this? I can see there's a /conversation endpoint in the app that accepts POST/GET messages, but it's not clearly documented as to what this is doing.
