Azure-OpenAI error on invoking yaml prompt

After updating to SK version 1.16.1, I am seeing an error on invoking a prompt like the one shown below.

Content:{"error":{"message":"The response was filtered due to the prompt triggering Azure OpenAI's content management policy. Please modify your prompt and retry.

I am guessing this is because of setting system message? How can we fix this error?

Update: The issue was because of use of angle brackets in system instructions. Removed those and the error is resolved.
