Make it so in the docs, it specifies you can set PKG_CONFIG_PATH to $(VCPKG_ROOT)\installed\triplet\lib\pkgconfig;$(VCPKG_ROOT)\installed\triplet\debug\lib\pkgconfig to integrate Vcpkg and Makefiles
