The cairo port had and recommended the unofficial-Cairo CMake target but a recent unrelated pull request #13100 dropped this support resulting in broken builds for anyone using those targets (the io2d port within vcpkg itself still references the now missing target).

Support should be restored or new post-installation instructions added for those upgrading Cairo so they aren't left scratching their heads as I was.
