[V1 RC Bug Bash]: --debug does not clearly communicate scope information #353

This is a usability issue. The first 3 instances of scope on show the .default scope. It isn't until we get to the 4th instance do we find the actual set of scopes on the token. This will cause confusion. The debug command should clearly state which scopes are set on the token.

On another note, good to see the token redacted. I also like seeing the Azure.Identity client debug information.
