Jeff please update "The HIV databases on HIV genetic sequences and immunological epitopes of the U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration, 1987-2013" (WS-000501) to have a global spatial coverage. To do this, set the "spatialCoverage"->"identifier"->"identifier" to 544694 for the identifier with the source "identifierSource": "https://biosharing.org/bsg-s000708. Set the "name" to "Earth." Delete the alternateIdentifiers if there are any.

Should we have a category in "Disease surveillance data" for datasets that have global or near-global coverage? Seems misleading to leave this indexed under the US.
