Not enough information to determine Person or Organization from user input

When entering a new record, if a user only provides information on Identifier or Alternate Identifiers there is not enough information for the validation to determine if the user was entering a Person or an Organization. Information in any of the other fields and we can determine which option was chosen.

For now, if this happens the information entered will not be displayed and user will have to re-enter the information.

A suggested future solution is to not display the next button until the information is correctly entered.
