We will need to add relatedImages to the CSV.

This should include all of the operand images we rely on to run MTRHO, including crane-runner, crane-ui-plugin, the reverse proxy, secret service, and anything else that we rely on.

This will need to be updated downstream to use SHAs (should become an automated part of the downstream build process to update these) as it is critical to mirroring the operator and operands in disconnected and restricted network environments.
