Hello, I am very happy to see your work. I understand that the csv data file you provided is about malaria. What I don't understand is that you said in the README.md, the data is filtered, you Does the filtration mean the measurement of biological activity? Can I use this data if I want to use deep learning methods to predict the activity of malaria-related compounds?
Sorry, I would also like to ask you a question, is there any data on the bioactivity of Pic50 or Kd or Ki of malaria compounds?
