The purpose of this code is to test your local server installation.
Ensure you installed serve by running the following command:
npm install serve -g
From the root folder (/learn-webassembly), run the following command:
serve -l 8080 chapter-03-dev-env
Navigate to http://127.0.0.1:8080/index.html to ensure the server is working correctly.
