Look into integration one of the solidity coverage tools. This may not require anything on Solidbyte's side, but maybe at least a guide would help.

Perhaps this could be done by a middleware that captures the data field of transactions to check for function execution. Not super comprehensive because it doesn't check branches inside functions or any library or internal function calls...

Also, see how the other JS implementations work and look into possibly re-implementing or running them in the background.
