Might be a good fit for the how-to section.

Objective : give steps to determine if a SLURM node is up or has known issues...

For instance : We might add <doc_url>/slurm-cluster-status?viewPanel=15&orgId=1 into the documentation.

It is possible to see nodes with issues with sinfo -Rl.
