"Backup and recovery" settings item should show warning on the right side if user have not yet copied wallet mnemonic phrase. Copying would be confirmed by the user on Off-device backup screen by the switch. New userSetting "isMnemonicCopied" would be added to database / wallet state model to persist user action.
