Feature request: Pronouns

Would you be able to add support for optionally recording pronouns against people? These could be displayed on individual profile pages and on team pages (e.g. "Alice Hacker (she/her)") and would be free-text.

This is possible in other directories, e.g. LinkedIn and as an option in Slack instances.

This functionality would make People Finder a more inclusive space and be particularly important for staff members who experience misgendering, or whose pronouns and/or gender are not otherwise discernible from their profile page.
