Describe the bug
In the reports the 'Selected plugins' section isn't properly sorted right now. This makes it annoying for the user to interpret which plugins are (not) enabled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Generate a report for all report with all plugins
  2. See Selected Plugins section.

Expected behavior
Selected plugins should be sorted in the following order:

  • Plugin options (Required vs optional)
  • Plugin enabled (Enabled vs disabled)
  • Plugin name
