italic and bold formatting messup

This is not a security issue, but a inconsistent behaviour of bold and italic formatting. Maybe it's related to #102 #123 #131
italic and bold rendering is a problem if there are ' and not ASCII characters from UTF8 àèìòù

Writing a markdown post is unclear, because MFM responds to asterisks and underlines, both together
