Add Lottie interactivity

Lottie files have this cool feature of animating only upon some action.
The interactivity guide can be accessed here - https://lottiefiles.com/interactivity

This needs some discussion as to how it can be utilised for the two lotties used. Feel free to add your ideas here as comments before we can make PRs.

Thanks for your interest.

I haven't thought of anything particular here. There are only two lotties that the project uses:

1. In the hero section
2. In the education section

I am open to discussing ideas on this. Its more of an open ended task. Will be like an easter egg. Shouldn't be too wild and the existing functionality should stay.

An example could be when the user hovers over the asset, something happens.
