List component - list is sometimes empty but shows "4 von insgesamt 4 angezeigt"

I have the problem that the list doesn't always render the items. Sometimes it renders correctly, but often the list is empty and displays "4 von insgesamt 4 angezeigt". Here I've reproduced the problem on stackblitz.

In what situation does the error occur? Is this related to the empty list?
