Hi there,
I've encountered an issue while running the 'cryodrgn analyze' command, following the guidance provided in the Notion tutorial.
The code line 'g = sns.jointplot(pc[:, 0], pc[:, 1], alpha=0.1, s=1, rasterized=True, height=4)' returns an error of:
TypeError: jointplot() takes from 0 to 1 positional arguments but 2 positional arguments (and 1 keyword-only argument) were given.
Having looked through the seaborn documentation, I understand that versions later than 0.10.1 place 'data' as the first parameter for the jointplot function. Consequently, it seems the correct line of code might be 'g = sns.jointplot(x=pc[:, 0], y=pc[:, 1], alpha=0.1, s=1, rasterized=True, height=4)'. Could someone confirm this?
Further, this isn't the first instance of version compatibility problems I've come across. If someone who has successfully installed all dependencies could share their versions for the following, I would be very grateful: pytorch, cudatoolkit, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, scipy, scikit-learn, umap, and jupyterlab.
Any assistance with these issues would be greatly appreciated!
Best regards,
Ruizhi
